The Steel Gear Rack belongs to the Guideway V bar rack drive system(medium duty) which includes guideway v bar, guideway v bar rack, roller and contact between the roller and guideway is linear.

To avoid cumulative pitch tolerance due to n, we use CP racks in the Steel Gear Rack.All kinds of the guideway are induction hardened to HRC50-55.

The Steel Gear Rack is suitable for the seventh axis of the robot and the robot mobile platform,gantry robots,multi-machine linked punch robots,punch press robots,multi-machine linked stamping robots,linked punch robots,punch handling robots,rail-mounted robots,smooth telescopic structures,conveying equipment, and woodworking equipment,etc.

 

 

 

Assembling Instruction:

The Steel Gear Rack can be connected to any length. The gap between two adjacent racks should be adjusted to match the pitch. Locking pins should be used when assembling the racks.
1.Fix the rack.

2.Use opposite tooth gauge to fix next rack.

3.Check every joint and measure the levelling of the racks.
