Helical Planetary Gear
The Helical Planetary Gear has the following main characteristics:Low noise below 55db,High input speed up to 5000RPM,High torque than conventional planetary gearbox,Low backlash with one stage within 1 arc minutes and two stage with 3 arc minutes,High efficiency with one stage is exceed 97% and two stage is exceed 95%,High stability which is using high-strength steel alloy material---not just hardening on gear surface,but hardening entire gear to insure the gear life time and maintain high accuracy.
The reducer adopts a helical gear design,and its tooth profile meshing ratio is more than twice that of a normal straight tooth.It has the characteristics of smooth running,low noise,high output torque and low backlash.
The Helical Planetary Gear is a kind of reducer with wide versatility.The inner gear adopts low carbon alloy steel carburizing quenching and grinding or nitriding process.Planetary gearbox has the characteristics of small structure size,large output torque,high speed ratio,high efficiency,safe and reliable performance,etc.The inner gear of the planetary gearbox can be divided into spur gear and helical gear.
The Core features of Helical Planetary Gear:
1.Helical gear transmission,carburizing and quenching treatment,tooth profile modification treatment.Ensure low noise and stable operation. The bearing capacity is 20% higher than that of straight teeth.
2.The integral output shaft is supported by bearings at both ends of the planetary gear to achieve high precision and high strength.
3. The return clearance is small, and the precision single stage can reach within 3 arc minutes.
