High Precision Planetary Gearbox
The high precision planetary gearbox is a precision mechanical component that integrates high-efficiency transmission and precise positioning functions. It mainly adopts a planetary gear train structure and helical gear transmission design, combined with precision machining processes such as carburizing and quenching, and tooth profile modification, boasting high rigidity, low noise, and strong load-bearing capacity (with a load-bearing capacity 20% higher than that of straight-tooth structures).
Its key advantages lie in minimal backlash (single-stage precision up to within 3 arcminutes) and excellent repeat positioning accuracy, which can efficiently achieve speed reduction, torque increase, and precise indexing, with a transmission efficiency generally exceeding 95%. Widely applied in scenarios such as industrial robots, automated production lines, precision machine tools, medical equipment, and new energy equipment, it is a core transmission solution to ensure the operational precision and stability of equipment.
The Core features of High Precision Planetary Gearbox:
1.Helical gear transmission,carburizing and quenching treatment,tooth profile modification treatment.Ensure low noise and stable operation. The bearing capacity is 20% higher than that of straight teeth.
2.The integral output shaft is supported by bearings at both ends of the planetary gear to achieve high precision and high strength.
