The Precision Planetary Gearbox has the following main characteristics:Low noise below 55db,High input speed up to 5000RPM,High torque than conventional planetary gearbox,Low backlash with one stage within 1 arc minutes and two stage with 3 arc minutes,High efficiency with one stage is exceed 97% and two stage is exceed 95%,High stability which is using high-strength steel alloy material---not just hardening on gear surface,but hardening entire gear to insure the gear life time and maintain high accuracy.
Our Precision Planetary Gearbox is the ideal combination of a precision planetary gearbox and efficient bearing technology.It was designed specifically to achieve maximum performance at high speed.Thanks to the helical gearing,it operates particularly smoothly -and is quieter than average.
Core Features of Precision Planetary Gearbox
1.Adopts helical gear transmission, combined with carburizing and quenching treatment and tooth profile modification. This design ensures ultra-low noise and smooth operation, with a load-bearing capacity 20% higher than that of straight-tooth gearboxes.
2.Equipped with an integral output shaft, which is supported by bearings at both ends of the planetary gear set. This structural configuration achieves outstanding precision and high structural rigidity.
3.Features minimal backlash, with the single-stage model delivering a precision of within 3 arcminutes.
