Worm Helical Gearbox has the advantage of adjusting backlash easily to keep good meshing all along.Compared with the normal cylindrical worms, dual Worm Helical Gearbox is constructed with two leads, it has the effect of producing a worm thread which increases in thickness from one end of the worm to the other.This unique design allows the axial position of the worms to be altered thereby reducing the backlash between the worms and the worm gears during the life of the gear set.Worm Helical Gearbox can be applied in the field of the accurate machining structure which requires high indexing accuracy and availability to adjust the mesh to minimize backlash continuously.High precision rotary motion:Reduce vibration and noise caused by changes in load and cutting force.Reduce impact and noise caused by forward and reverse rotation.Reduce the increased wear of the worm gear caused by the above.Increase the response speed of the worm gear output.

This product has reliable output accuracy, with an output accuracy of ≤1 arc minute (≤ 0.017 °,≤1um) and a side gap of≤1 arc minute (≤0.017 °,≤11um).

The Worm Helical Gearbox is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and is formed through pressure casting technology.It is designed to be easy to install and has stable input. The worm uses two imported tapered roller bearings to provide high-strength support, and the input speed can reach 4000 rpm.

Worm Helical Gearbox has multiple output options:

Hollow output with shrink disc for high precision and easy integration.

Solid output (single or double axis).

Hole key slot output for easy installation.

Gear and rack output.
