Product Introduction

Precision Worm Gearbox is ideal replacement products for precision planetary reducers. Industrial automation and other related fields can significantly reduce the application cost of using precision gear reducers.The worm input can be connected in series by a motor to achieve synchronous output of multiple worm gears.It can be used in conjunction with processing equipment for electronic,communication and other industries.It has reliable output accuracy, with an output accuracy of ≤ 1 arc minute (≤ 0.017 °, ≤ 1um) and a side gap of ≤ 1 arc minute (≤ 0.017 °, ≤ 11um).

The optimized design of the Precision Worm Gearbox contact area of the dual lead worm gear achieves spot optimized contact, using special alloys to improve wear resistance, and the meshing tends towards "zero" side removal, making it particularly suitable for high-precision and smooth transmission working environments. The side clearance of the worm gear is adjustable, extending its service life and reducing maintenance costs.

The Precision Worm Gearbox is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and is formed through pressure casting technology. Its rigidity is improved through special heat treatment, and it has the characteristics of light weight and high strength. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion to increase corrosion resistance.

The Precision Worm Gearbox is designed to be easy to install and has stable input. The worm uses two imported tapered roller bearings to provide high-strength support, and the input speed can reach 4000rpm.
